Taste of Key West

We’ve Got the Keys took charge of the classic island event, Taste of Key West, in 2016 and stirred it up by rebranding the festival and creating an overall event revival which in turn has grown the restaurant participation and festival attendance.
We’ve Got the Keys took charge of the classic island event, Taste of Key West, in 2016 and stirred it up by rebranding the festival and creating an overall event revival which in turn has grown the restaurant participation and festival attendance. Held at Mallory Square, “Home of the Sunset”, tourists and locals alike are given the scrumptious opportunity to sample the deliciously diverse culinary styles that Key West has to offer.  The festival hosts over 50 local restaurants that serve culinary delights ranging from Key West staples such as conch ceviche to original chef creations like Elvis Bread Pudding. It’s not just all about the food! Republic National Distributing provides over 50 fine wines and robust beers to complement the flavors of the chefs’ creations. And it’s all for a good cause . . . Taste of Key West is one of the largest fundraisers for AIDS Help of Monroe County (AH Monroe). To learn more about AH Monroe click here.

What People Are Saying

“When we retained her firm's services, she began dreaming of bigger things, her head in the clouds, but her feet were firmly on the ground throughout. Everything from city permits and recycling documentation...personal thank you's...proofreading the guide/map for 'The Citizen' repeatedly . . . Nadene was there.”  - Scott Pridgen, A.H. Monroe County Executive Director

"This is the right time and place to offer an ALL-CAPS SHOUT-OUT to Nadene Grossman Orr who, with her team at We've Got The Keys/Key West Event Specialists, courted and coordinated local restaurants, cafes, bakeries and caterers to ensure there was plenty to eat and sip."  - Scott Pridgen, A.H. Monroe County Executive Director
"Seasoned veterans of Key West’s dining community know all too well that sometimes it can feel as though landing a reservation at one of the island’s top restaurants is harder than finding an Atocha coin while snorkeling at Fort Zach. So, it’s a comfort to know that — for one night, at least — the hungry masses won’t have to fight over the last 8 p.m. reservation at Santiago’s or Michael’s. They can converge at the confluence of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulf of Mexico, breathe in deeply the tantalizing smells of masterful food mixed with a crisp sea breeze, and indulge their taste buds happily knowing that they are supporting a wonderful cause. True, it might not be an entirely guilt-free evening — after all, there will be many a dessert to be eaten and wine to be drunk — but for Key West, it’s pretty close."  - Maxine Lopez-Keough, Florida Weekly
